Please review the following six questions. Ultimately these are the core qualifications. 

If you possess at least four (4) of the six (6) below, let’s schedule a phone discussion. 

Less than four (4) of these key fit factors means this is probably not a role for you.  

  1. Do you have 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the retail or foodservice industries?

  2. Do you have direct experience in produce sales and relationship development?

  3. Do you have strong network relationships with “big box” retail and foodservice channel partners and the ability to set appointments? 

  4. Are you able to work independently, from a home office, while committed to team and company objectives requiring travel up to 30%/40% of the time?  

  5. This is a new division for the company. Are you able to build bridges and open up dialog in order to learn what products are best suited for the retail and foodservice segments. Today there are no products to sell but that will quickly change. This is a new channel development role. Are you comfortable in that sort of entrepreneurial environment?

  6. AgroFresh is passionate about and committed to the company mission, does this resonate with you?
